<p><strong>Nurse Practitioner </strong><br /><strong>School Based Health Centers FT-Days</strong><br /><span>This position promotes and restores patients’ health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians, and multidisciplinary team members: providing physical and psychological support to patients and families. Qualifications include: AND or nursing diploma: BSN preferred, two years of experience in ambulatory care setting, preferred. Preference for PEDS or School Based Clinic experience, Certified Nurse Practitioner license in the state of AZ. Current DEA Certificate and Healthcare Providers Certificate. This position will go to the various School clinics to treat patients</span></p>
