Director - Practice Development and Service Utilization

Provide leadership and direction to the management team of the practice locations through recommendations, development and assisting implementation of initiatives to improve primary care practices, customer service, access to care, and staff development. Directs and participates in the implementation and development of process changes at the practice level to improve services and care with particular emphasis to the Medical Home status. Leads managers to achieve efficient and effective utilization of services. Assists/participates in achieving benchmarks toward certification/maintenance for Medical Home status.<ol><li>Works with COO, Medical Director and Managers to develop, maintain, and improve performance metrics. Responsible for the design and implementation of best practices, streamlining processes and tracking across the continuum of care, improving patient access, and assessing the need for process improvement at clinic locations. Assists in introducing Medical Home concepts and related practice implications to staff.</li><li>Analyzes practice efficiencies, workflows, patient access, and patient satisfaction to improve processes, patient perceptions, and standardize best practices across the organization.
