<p>rse Practitioner, ANP, GNP, FNP: excellent Pay & Benefits! </p><p>THIS POSITION IS A STATE TRAVELER POSITION-Based on the business needs, this position would do HRA's anywhere in AZ.</p><p>MUST HAVE A MINIMIUM OF 1 YEAR NP EXPERIENCE.</p><p><br />M-F, No Call, and WORK/LIFE/BALANCE!<br />Perform Health Risk Assessments on geriatric patients in their homes, local nursing home, and skilled nursing facilities<br />See approximately 5-6 patients per day autonomously<br />Join a team of Nurse Practitioners whose collaborative care goal is to improve the healthcare of geriatrics, and reduce inappropriate hospitalizations<br />company car<br />$105K annual salary!!!<br />Great pay, full comprehensive benefits, and EXCEPTIONAL PTO provided!<br /><br />To join, you will need:<br /><br />1 years Nurse Practitioner experience required <br />Current NP licensure in state of residence.<br />Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with specialty in Adult, Family or Geriatric Care<br />A dedication to delivering top notch patient care and education</p>
