<p>Community Health Center in the Maryvale area of Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Bi-lingual (Spanish preferred, though not mandatory) Customer Service Representative for their Women&rsquo;s Health Clinic. Responsible for greeting patients, providing customer service and maintaining patient demographics and insurance records. Performs routine duties associated with patient scheduling, payments and co-payments.</p><p> </p><p><strong>ESENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </strong>include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p><p> </p><ol start="1"><ol start="1"><li>Updates patient demographics at each visit.</li><li>Verifies insurance information at each visit.</li><li>Performs cashiering functions.
